How long does it actually take?
Around 30 minutes if you sit down and do it in one go. You can save your progress and come back to it whenever suits you — useful if you need to check a few answers with your IT provider.
Do I need to be technical to complete it?
No. Every question is written in plain English. If you can describe how your business works, you can answer the questions. If you genuinely don't know something, there's a 'don't know' option — that's useful information in itself.
What if I don't know an answer?
Pick the 'I don't know / don't understand' option. The report will flag those areas as ones to clarify during your consultation. It's not a test — knowing what you don't know is half the battle.
Who sees my responses?
Only your consultant. Your data isn't shared, sold, or used to train anything. The report belongs to you, and the consultation is private.
What does the report look like?
A professional Word document covering your overall posture score, a domain-by-domain breakdown with RAG ratings (Red / Amber / Green), prioritised findings, and a reflection on your confidence before and after the assessment. Designed to be readable by non-technical leadership.
Is there commitment after the consultation?
None. The Healthcheck and the consultation hour are a standalone service. If you'd like help acting on the findings, we can talk about that — but there's no obligation to engage further.
